The Hoge Kempen National Park is nature in all its glory!

The National Park, located in the Belgian province of Limburg, is a unique nature reserve where over 12,000 hectares of forest and moorland are managed and protected. The area covers the municipalities of As, Bilzen, Bree, Dilsen-Stokkem, Genk, Lanaken, Maaseik, Maasmechelen, Oudsbergen and Zutendaal.

Vast pine forests are interspersed with purple heather and drifting dunes, large lakes bear witness to the extraction of gravel and sand, and the high peaks offer grandiose views, ... An exceptional variety of rare and protected wildlife thrives in this pristine environment.

Everyone is invited to relax here: walk, cycle,... or simply enjoy all this beauty without a care in the world.

A "green" electric golf cart is not only very comfortable, it's also great fun!

The carts, which can seat until 4 people, allow you to travel up to 45 km.

Where can you go? Choose 1, 2 or 4 hours. There are many mapped routes from Alden Biesen. You can borrow a tablet from us to guide you along the route.

Bilzen Mysteries now has a brand new and unique attraction. In addition to the evening light and sound show "Bilzen Mysteries Le Récit", a fun and exciting exploration of the historic site is offered during the day. "The Plot" is a fascinating interactive treasure hunt for young and old, with riddles, clues and missions to complete. Armed with a tablet and a good dose of investigative talent, you'll gradually unravel the mystery. Two versions are available, one for families, the other for adults.

With its 25 hectares of vineyards, Genoels-Elderen wine castle is the largest wine estate in the country, welcoming some 15,000 visitors every year. Guides will show you around the park, the vineyards, a rose garden, the distillery, the wine press and the cellars, which date from the 13th to the 20th century.
